Overview

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Engineer to support a new federal demolition & design build project in Washington, DC. Joining a collaborative team of four—including an estimator, scheduler, and cost manager—you will play a key role in managing project financials, evaluating change events, and ensuring accurate cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all cost and change management activities for the project.
• Evaluate merit vs. entitlement for contractor change requests.
• Prepare, review, and process change forms, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
