Overview



The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate cost advice, robust cost planning, and commercial leadership across major construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to independently manage multiple project workstreams.

Cost Planning & Estimation

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, preliminary budgets, and elemental cost plans from concept to detailed design stages.
• Develop benchmarking, cost data, and pricing models to support early-stage estimates.
• Validate design evolution through cost checks and value engineering assessments.
