  • Lead the preparation of cost estimates across conceptual, schematic, detailed design, and IFC stages.
  • Oversee quantity take-offs and ensure accuracy of discipline-specific BOQs.
  • Review engineering drawings, design specifications, and scope documents to verify cost impacts and identify gaps.
  • Maintain and update cost databases for materials, equipment, and labor across all disciplines.
  • Support value-engineering exercises and provide cost-benefit analysis to project teams.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies and identifying long-lead or critical packages.
  • Prepare and issue tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs for CSA/ Mechanical / Electrical works.
  • Support bid evaluation through:
    • Bid leveling
    • Technical and commercial compliance reviews
    • Supplier clarifications
  • Contribute to negotiation strategies with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
