:Parsons is anticipating the need for a Cost Manager to join our team and support on a complex infrastructure project on-site in Dublin. In this role, you will develop and implement robust cost control and procurement processes to manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, implement, and maintain cost control processes across projects.
Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts.
Oversee procurement activities and support tender evaluations.
Generate and present cost reports, including variance analyses, to stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage cost-related risks.
Monitor cost variances and manage contract cash flow.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
