Job Description

• Possesses cost management experience in the Data Centre space
• Responsible for total cost management of projects, delivering positive outcomes, demonstrating leadership and coaching to Graduate Cost Managers, and innovating service and knowledge
• Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance
• Lead Cost Manager for new built projects
• Provide Cost Advice and Cost Planning, including estimates, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash‑flow projections, cost control and cost reports during the pre‑contract pe...
