- Conduct detailed cost analysis and develop cost models for new warehouse projects and expansion initiatives.
- Track committed cost targets to ensure alignment with financial targets and adjust projections based on updated supply and demand data.
- Analyze labor, materials, and operational costs to assess project feasibility and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather data, understand project specifications, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
