Costing Analyst - Operations, Middle Mile, SPX Express (Laguna)

Job Description

• Accrual: Conduct detailed cost analysis and continuously monitor monthly linehaul expenses for Intra-Luzon and Inter-Island operations to ensure accuracy and alignment within budget allocations.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly budget reconciliation by comparing accruals versus billings, and provide insights and recommendations based on findings for both Intra-Luzon and Inter-Island operations.
• Operational Cost: Develop, maintain, and update a fuel allocation matrix on a national scale to efficiently distribute resources across truck operations.
• Operational Cost: Validate and process reimbursement requests for fuel and toll expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies for both dry lease and third-party vehicles.
