Costing and MIS Manager

Welspun Flooring is looking for a candidate who is responsible for managing costing, reports, and budgets for a manufacturing plant. The role supports management with cost control, profitability analysis, and business insights using system-based data. Experience in manufacturing, preferably textiles , is an advantage.

Industry: Manufacturing (Preferably Textiles)
Qualified CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) – Mandatory
Minimum 5 years to Maximum 12 years of relevant experience in plant-based costing.
Principal Accountabilities*
Manage plant-based costing to ensure accurate product and operational cost reporting.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports , budgets , and forecasts for management decision-making.
Handle product costing, job costing , and overhead allocations .
Perform manpower and utility cost allocations effectively.
Conduct COGS vs Actual BOM analysis and identify cost variances.
