Role summary:

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company backed by a private equity firm, is seeking an experienced Costing Project Manager to join their finance team. The role will involve identifying and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives, as part of the company's preparations for a potential IPO. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance leadership team and will be responsible for overseeing cost accounting practices at multiple manufacturing sites worldwide.
