Responsible for representing the Wesco Anixter Latin America organization and handling various legal matters, including complex matters, and leading projects and negotiations with specialized knowledge in one or more legal practice areas, including business litigation, commercial law and sales, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, securities and financing, etc. Responsible for providing strategic counsel, advice, and legal services to management regarding business activities, transactions, projects and negotiations in support of Wesco Anixter’s operations through out Latin America.
