Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and work with external/internal counsel and internal constituents on strategy, pleadings, discovery, mediations, settlement, trial, etc.
- Work on a variety of matters including contract/commercial, personal injury, property damage, environmental, insurance, labor/employment, and others
- Assess litigation, claims, disputes, and other legal matters for potential reserves and receivables, disclosure in the Company's financial statements, and compliance with reporting requirements in the Company's financing documents
