• Counsel students and parents in Gujarati regarding JEE/NEET courses, batches, and learning paths.

• Understand academic background and career goals to recommend suitable PW programs.

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

• Convert counselling interactions into enrolments while maintaining transparency and ethics.

• Address queries related to fees, batches, schedules, syllabus, and learning methodology.

• Maintain accurate records of counselling, follow-ups, and student data.

• Coordinate with academic, operations, and sales teams for smooth onboarding.
