Role & responsibilities
Counsel students and parents in Gujarati regarding JEE/NEET courses, batches, and learning paths .
Understand academic background and career goals to recommend suitable PW programs.
Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups .
Convert counselling interactions into enrolments while maintaining transparency and ethics.
Address queries related to fees, batches, schedules, syllabus, and learning methodology .
Maintain accurate records of counselling, follow-ups, and student data.
Coordinate with academic, operations, and sales teams for smooth onboarding.
Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
Note : Gujarati Language is mandatory
