About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Academic Counsellors with prior experience in JEE/NEET counselling. This is a work-from-home opportunity for professionals who are passionate about guiding students, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right academic path through PhysicsWallah’s learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic planning.
• Understand students’ academic background and learning requirements to recommend the most suitable PW courses.
• Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure high conversion rates and excellent student experience.
• Provide timely and empathetic responses to student queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to improve student satisfaction, retention, and overall user experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in the JEE/NEET domain.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong student-handling and problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach.
• Familiarity with online education platforms and digital counselling tools.
• Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
