Job Responsibilities
1. Cold Call and Qualify Potential Leads
- Initiate outbound calls to potential leads from a designated target audience.
- Qualify leads by understanding their educational background, interests, and career aspirations.
2. Understand Learner Needs and Recommend Suitable Courses
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the requirements and preferences of prospective students.
- Recommend appropriate courses from our portfolio that align with learners' goals and objectives.
3. Deliver Impactful Sales Presentations
- Conduct persuasive and engaging sales presentations over the phone to showcase the value and benefits of our courses.
- Effectively communicate key features, course details, and advantages to potential learners.
4. Negotiate Effectively and Address Customer Concerns
- Handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and other terms to secure enrollments.
5. Build Strong Relationships and Nurture Leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential learners through regular follow-ups and personalized interactions.
- Nurture leads through ongoing communication and engagement to facilitate future conversions.
6. Maintain Accurate Records and Reporting
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions, and progress toward individual and team targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
7. Contribute to Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
