🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📞 Counsel students and parents regarding NEET & IIT-JEE programs
🎯 Guide students in choosing the right batches and study plans
💬 Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and support the admission process
🤝 Coordinate with faculty and internal teams for smooth student onboarding
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
🗣️ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
❤️ Empathetic, student-focused, and approachable
💪 Highly motivated and target-oriented
🎓 Minimum 1 year experience in education counselling
📘 Prior experience in NEET & IIT-JEE counselling is mandatory
