Job Summary

: We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Counter Sales executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers at the sales counter, provide product information, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: o Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in locating products. o Answer customer inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability. o Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. 2. Product Knowledge: o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered. o Educate customers on the benefits and features of products to drive sales. o Keep informed about ongoing promotions and special offers. 3. Inventory Management: o Assist with restocking shelves and ensuring that products are displayed neatly. o Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock or out-of-stock items. o Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries. 4. Store Maintenance: o Keep the sales counter and surrounding areas clean and organized. o Ensure that promotional materials and signage are displayed correctly. 5. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales targets. o Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Qualifications: Education: 12th Pass Experience: 0-3 years Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. o Dependability and punctuality. o Ability to stand for extended periods.
