Overview We’re looking for friendly, upbeat people to join our Counter Service team at our upcoming location in Ardmore!

This role is all about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest, from greeting them with a smile to helping them choose the perfect pastry or coffee.

You’ll become a pro on all things Buttery so you can confidently guide guests through their visit.

You’ll handle orders and transactions, keep our pastry displays looking beautiful, and help maintain a clean and inviting space.

Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are key.
