Key Responsibilities:
Counter Operations and Customer Services
· Ensure timely opening and closing of organisation's facilities and proper manning of the service counter
· Handle general enquiries from customers via phone and walk-in
· Ensure all enquiries are attended promptly and professionally
· Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the facilities
· Conduct regular patrols to ensure facilities are in good order
Facilities Booking Management and Usage
· Manage facility usage through online booking systems and manual bookings
· Ensure facilities are properly set up and ready for use prior to each booking session
Inventory Management
· Manage and monitor inventory on a monthly basis
