Role Purpose
To ensure smooth daily kiosk operations, staff discipline, inventory control, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close kiosk as per SOP
- Manage staff attendance, shifts, and task allocation
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash reconciliation
- Track inventory, place stock requirements, and avoid shortages
- Ensure brand standards, hygiene, and service quality
- Handle customer complaints calmly
- Send daily reports (sales, wastage, issues) on WhatsApp
Skill Requirements
- Strong ownership and leadership
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp reporting
- Problem-solving ability
- Retail or food outlet supervision experience
