Job Function


Responsible for supporting Counter Manager and Branch leadership in promoting effortless customer experience and operational excellence within Counter Operations through effective management of required responsibilities.


Responsibilities



  • Ensure that staff are practicing customer engagement initiatives


  • Ensure completeness and usability of the POS system and its peripherals


  • Direct customer traffic to other available counters to manage queuing


  • Prepare and monitor work schedule of cashiers and checkers and manage absences by reassigning staff



Qualifications



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course


  • With at least 1 year of experience in bank operations or counter-cashier functions
