To grow the category and gain share, the role of the Country Development Manager is to further accelerate our business locally through high performing teams (sales, medical marketing, planning, finance…) in full coordination with our local partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and growing the business in line with corporate guidelines and strategies by planning and executing marketing, medical and sales plans.
• Managing, developing and supervising sales, medical and marketing team in a cross‑functional environment.
• Developing partnerships with key retailers, KOLs, HCPs & medical institutions, as well as our distributors in the relevant country.
• Prepare the future to enter new categories and further strengthen our Go‑To‑Market strategy.
