Country Finance Leader

We are looking for a Contry Finance Leader to lead the Finance function across all business units in the country and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team in Mexico.

This role owns end-to-end financial stewardship, drives data-driven decision-making, and plays a critical role in positioning Mexico as a scalable, profitable growth engine for the enterprise.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and performance management for all Mexico businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong governance.
• Own country and LOB-level P&L, including revenue, margin, SG&A, working capital, and capital allocation.
• Partner with Commercial leaders to drive growth, pricing optimization, margin management, and customer profitability.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic, commercial, and operational decisions.
• Drive cost discipline while protecting growth-enabling investments.
• Lead financial integration for M&A activities and support inorganic growth initiatives.
• Transform the finance operating model to increase agility, scalability, and automation.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Finance team in Mexico.

What we’re looking for

• Senior Finance leader with strong experience in FP&A, P&L management, and business partnering.
• Proven background supporting commercial growth, pricing, and profitability decisions.
• Experience working in complex, multi-LOB or B2B environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven finance environments.
• M&A and post-merger integration experience is a plus.
