Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Market Development: Drive revenue and profit targets, build a country wide distribution network, and lead negotiations to ensure competitive advantage.OEM & Supply Chain: Oversee OEM production, ensure quality and compliance, optimize sourcing and logistics, and manage product registration.Brand & Consumer Activation: Localize global brand positioning, execute marketing campaigns, and lead digital and on-trade activations to build awareness and engagement.Financial & Governance: Own the country P&L, enforce financial discipline, and deliver accurate forecasts aligned with global governance standards.Leadership & Organization Building: Recruit and develop a high-performing team, foster a results-driven culture, and represent the brand externally with partners and regulators.
