    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership

  • Champion a commitment to ethics, integrity, and transparency in all operations and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintain strong governance standards.



    • Operational Excellence

  • Drive process-focused operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to global best practices.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation for sustainable growth.



    • Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with regulators, financial institutions, universities, and industry associations.
  • Act as the primary ambassador for the organization, fostering collaboration and trust with partners and members.



    • Talent & Culture

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous improvement.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years in roles within Accreditation or Education sectors.
  • Proven track record in Operational Management and Strategic Execution.
  • 3-5 years in a core leadership role as a Country Head
  • Strong regulatory and industry network in India.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with regulators, industry bodies, and academic institutions.
  • Global mindset with excellent communication and thought-leadership skills.
