Job Description


  • Serve as the main IT contact for Thailand office, ensuring stable and efficient daily operations.

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and workplace technology.

  • Work closely with the global IT infrastructure team, following established standards and escalating issues as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with global IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

  • Coordinate IT asset management, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and equipment preparation.

  • Troubleshoot issues locally without altering or redesigning global infrastructure.

  • Maintain clear communication with local users and global counterparts to ensure timely resolution of IT matters.
