Management of the Belgian branch of Cargolux Airlines

  • Controlling all issues (Administration, Sales, Cargo and Flight Operations)

  • Ensuring all Cargolux policy and procedures are followed

  • Representing Cargolux with the local cargo association and our vendors

  • Reporting market intelligence on competition, rates and interline

  • Maintaining close contact with customers and resolving customer complaints

  • Promoting Cargolux' presence in the local community

  • Market development

  • Contributing to team effort

  • Coordinating with handling agents to ensure high quality customer service

  • Securing CV's financial interest with forwarders, handling agents and Government entities

  • Monitoring handling agents' performance and recommending changes if necessary
