Responsibilities:
Being the general representative of the company in Egypt and in charge of the coordination of contacts with the local authorities. Develop and implement the country-specific business strategy aligned with global goals, identify market opportunities and risks, drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and partnerships, and assure profitable and sustainable business development. Prepare budgets and forecasts, manage the country’s P&L (profit and loss), ensure cost control and financial reporting, and assure coordination with the central departments. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners, maintain company culture and ensure team alignment, oversee performance reviews and employee development, and be responsible of the associates of the legal entity. Ensure the day-to-day operations across departments (sales, marketing, HR, finance, etc.), represent the company at events, conferences, and in the media, and ensure adherence to local legal, tax, and labor regulations. Hire, train, and retain local staff for the different functions: Marketing/Sales and workshop. Requirements: Master’s degree in marketing, Sales, and/or Business Administration. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing, with international experience. Hydraulics, Mechanical Power Transmission, and Industrial Equipment or similar industries are a must. Fluency in English and Arabic required; additional languages are an advantage. Networked especially within the Egyptian business environment. Motivation and passion with the ability to motivate and lead others. Target-oriented with strong market and customer orientation. Intercultural and analytical skills (preferred: Egyptian culture knowledge).
