Job Description
Oversee and manage the India office and operations Report regularly to Asia and leadership on sales, operations, and financial metrics Reporting to and cooperating with the Asia office on policy and strategic issues. Working to develop and build relationships with local suppliers and to improve supplier efficiency. Handling and managing customer service issues. Monitoring and reporting to the global office on inventory levels, cash flow, customer satisfaction and complaints. Developing and building relationships with local customers, monitoring orders and working to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service. 12-20 years of experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably in a multinational or cross-border environment Proven ability to manage teams, suppliers, and customer relationships with strategic finesse Strong reporting skills and comfort working with international stakeholders Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities A proactive leader who thrives in dynamic, multi-cultural settings
