    Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the India office and operations
  • Report regularly to Asia and leadership on sales, operations, and financial metrics
  • Reporting to and cooperating with the Asia office on policy and strategic issues.
  • Working to develop and build relationships with local suppliers and to improve supplier efficiency.
  • Handling and managing customer service issues.
  • Monitoring and reporting to the global office on inventory levels, cash flow, customer satisfaction and complaints.
  • Developing and building relationships with local customers, monitoring orders and working to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff in coordination with global leadership
  • The Successful Applicant

  • 12-20 years of experience in sales and operations leadership, preferably in a multinational or cross-border environment
  • Proven ability to manage teams, suppliers, and customer relationships with strategic finesse
  • Strong reporting skills and comfort working with international stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
  • A proactive leader who thrives in dynamic, multi-cultural settings
