We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Country Manager – Malaysia to lead and scale our B2C business in the Malaysian market. Based in Malaysia, you will own the country’s business performance end-to-end, including revenue growth, team leadership, brand building, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own country P&L, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
  • Build, lead, and scale high‑performing B2C sales teams.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end sales funnel and improve conversion metrics.
  • Strengthen brand presence and expand market reach in Malaysia.
  • Track KPIs, ensure CRM hygiene, and report to senior leadership.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and student insights to drive strategy.
