Key Responsibilities Lead the overall business direction and operational management of the Mexico office in alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives; integrate local resources, clients, and teams to achieve business targets; collaborate with the Group’s central teams to optimize local workflows; and provide regular reporting and strategic alignment updates. Take ownership of key account sales and client relationship management, building long-term and stable partnerships with major clients. Lead the recruitment, development, and management of core local talent, building a high-performing, agile, and results-driven team. Oversee project bidding strategies and processes, supervise local project execution, and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
