Role Overview

VAS is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial candidates for the position of Country Manager – India to set up and lead our Visa and Government Service Centers across India.

This role will be responsible for setting up operations, managing multi-site service centers, driving commercial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing VAS with government entities, partners, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within visa services, government outsourcing, customer service centers, shared services, BPO, or regulated service environments, with a proven ability to build and scale operations in India.
