We are assisting Santen in finding a driven and business-oriented Country Manager for Norway and Denmark to drive growth and performance across both markets.

About the Position

Santen is now looking for a Country Manager Norway & Denmark, preferably based in Oslo, to lead and develop the commercial business across both countries. Exceptional candidates based in Denmark may also be considered.

This is a key leadership role with full commercial responsibility, including P&L ownership, sales leadership and overall business performance. You will lead a local sales organisation and act as Santen's senior representative in Norway and Denmark, while being an active member of the Nordic leadership team.
