Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with planograms and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality and competitor activity.
  • Support promotional campaigns, activations, and product launches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.
  • Prepare structured field reports highlighting performance insights and improvement areas.
  • Provide market feedback to sales and management teams.
