How will you make an impact?
As the Country Operations Manager, you will be the onsite leader for our Guadalajara operation, owning the day-to-day performance and operational health of a team of approximately 80 employees, with growth capped at 100.
You’ll maintain a visible presence, set clear expectations, and partner closely with U.S. leaders and our local operations vendor to ensure consistent execution and alignment with company standards.
Your leadership will directly impact productivity, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency, ensuring the site remains stable, well-run, and trusted.
