Country Process Owner (Fixed-Term Contract) (German, English)

**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or people related roles.

+ Ability to communicate in German and English fluently, to support regional operations.



**Preferred qualifications:**



+ Experience leading initiatives in operational projects.

+ Experience in the implementation and rollout of HR and people programs.

+ Experience with HR digitalization and modernizing people-related processes.

+ Knowledge of the people operations (POps) ecosystem, including Google’s specific HR tools and internal processes.

+ Ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across multiple business areas.

+ Ability to navigate and deliver results within ambiguous environments.

**Responsibilities**



+ Design and optimize country specific processes to address business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce known risks.

+ Be responsible for executing the most critical HR requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
