Roles and Responsibilities A leading Automotive Manufacturer and exporter is looking for candidates for the role of Country Sales Manager - South East Asia The person would be based in India and travel when required to the regions in South East Asia
Required: MBA in Sales/Marketing/IB, minimum 8 years of experiences in handling direct or indirect salesExperience of SalesShould be a natural leader and able to motivate and build an effective team. Candidates with experience in from 2W S&S, 3W S&S, Marketing, FMCG or any B2C Sales experience can apply Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage, select & appoint regional distributor/dealers as per standards.
  • Develop a shared destiny mindset.
  • Recruit, train and motivate sales team
  • Establish and drive company sales processes and values
  • Support implementation of various standard processes & competency building for the sales team and network through effective handholding
  • Establish a robust product and part delivery system
  • Plan sales promotion activities and market activation to achieve business objective in line with the overall brand development strategy
  • Establish policies and guidelines for sales promotion and market activation
  • Build relationship with finance companies and develop competitive schemes
  • Ensure adherence to local laws affecting distribution, retailing and group sales
  • Anticipate risks related to market network and proactively take mitigation steps
