Coupa Functional Analyst

About the role

As a Coupa Functional Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting and maintaining the Coupa system, ensuring smooth operation of procurement and sourcing processes. You will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to guarantee seamless process execution.

In this role, you will:

• Provide functional support for all tasks related to the procurement cycle within Coupa.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and requests promptly.
• Participate in configuration activities and functional adjustments within Coupa.
• Document processes and develop training materials for end-users.
• Deliver training sessions for end-users and suppliers on Coupa functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Coupa, including procurement processes (requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, approvals, and supplier management).
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset and process-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Portuguese.
• Experience with Coupa Tax automations.
