- To maintain Coupa to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
- To take part in end-to-end Coupa project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands‑on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; table and data structure), UAT & others
- To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
- To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
