Job Description

1. Consultation & Enrollment

  • Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand academic needs and recommend appropriate courses.
  • Explain course structures, fees, schedules, curriculum, and teaching methodologies clearly.
  • Assist with student enrollment, registration procedures, and payment processes.
  • Follow up on inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and online platforms to convert leads into enrollments.

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate with teachers and admin staff to update parents on student progress when necessary.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and student retention.
