Position Objectives:

The Course Leader Manager joins the fast paced CL Management Team in support of our mission to provide a world class on tour experience for our students through experiential learning and LEAP. The role of Course Leader Manager is responsible for managing domestic US Course Leaders--dynamic field educators, or tour guides--from recruitment to training, scheduling, and on program support. This role reports to the Director, Course Leaders.

The key responsibilities for this individual will be:

  • Recruiting and interviewing prospective CLs
  • Assist with CL Training development and execution
  • Analyze data, budgets, and requests to determine CL scheduling
  • Reinforce engagement strategies with CLs
  • Collaborate with Curriculum and Academics to review/develop training materials
  • Support all CLs on program
  • Evaluate CLs in the field
