Courseware Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, review, and continuous improvement of courseware and assessment materials, including learner guides, presentation slides, assessments, and trainer resources.
Co-design and structure new training programmes in line with market needs, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.
Ensure all course files are audit-ready, with proper version control, documentation, and trainer records.
Work closely with the course developers to prepare and submit course approval and renewal documentation.
Ensure full compliance with SSG/WSQ requirements
Regularly update course content based on learner feedback, trainer input, and regulatory or industry changes.
Compile comprehensive course submission packages, including course outlines, lesson plans, assessment frameworks, and rubrics for regulatory approval.
Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to keep programmes current and competitive.
