About Us:   

The Bistro Attendant is essential for creating great guest experiences with excellent service, warmth, and efficiency. This role requires top-notch customer service, attention to detail, and thriving in a busy hospitality environment. 

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Service & Communication: Welcome and help guests warmly and efficiently, offering menu recommendations for a memorable dining experience. Ability to take orders and clarify guest questions.  
  • Food & Beverage Operations: Maintain a well-stocked buffet and process guest orders accurately using our POS system.
  • Cash Handling & Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions accurately. 
  • Efficiency & Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service.  Perform opening and closing duties, attend meetings, and follow hotel policies and safety standards. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. 
  • Comfortable with financial calculations related to billing and transactions.
