Cover Supervisor (Caerphilly)

Are you confident in managing a classroom and keeping students engaged in their learning? We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taff, delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring a smooth learning environment in the absence of teaching staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Classroom Management: This role requires someone who can confidently manage student behaviour, keep lessons on track, and maintain a positive learning environment.
