Cover Supervisor (Caerphilly)

Are you confident in managing a classroom and keeping students engaged in their learning? We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taff, delivering pre-set lessons and ensuring a smooth learning environment in the absence of teaching staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with classroom experience to take the next step in their career or for experienced Cover Supervisors looking for a new placement.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong Classroom Management: This role requires someone who can confidently manage student behaviour, keep lessons on track, and maintain a positive learning environment.

Experience Preferred: Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is ideal, but we’re also open to experienced LSAs or individuals with a solid background in classroom settings who are ready to step into a more independent role.
