Cover Supervisors – Dorchester

Full-Time | Start ASAP | 2 Positions Available


We are seeking two confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools in Dorchester. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education to gain classroom experience and support student learning.


Role Overview:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote engagement.

  • Provide support to the wider school team as needed.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to manage groups of students confidently.

  • Previous experience in education or working with young people (desirable but not essential)...
