Cover Supervisor

A well-established secondary school in Weymouth is looking to recruit a full-time Cover Supervisor to join their staff as soon as possible.

Main duties will include:

• Overseeing whole-class lessons across KS3 and KS4 using work set by teaching staff
• Creating a calm, productive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Ensuring the school’s behaviour and safeguarding expectations are consistently followed
• Assisting students with their work and encouraging positive participation
• Communicating with teachers and pastoral staff to provide relevant feedback
