Cover Supervisor

TailorEDucation is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work on a flexible supply basis in secondary schools across the Maidstone area. This role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time position that offers an excellent work-life balance.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and follow the work set by the class teacher. You will maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment, support student behaviour, and liaise with school staff as required.
