Cover supervisor

Teaching Tomorrow is seeking a confident and experienced Cover Supervisor to provide classroom cover in a secondary school in Northampton.

The Role:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson materials.
• Maintain a calm, positive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Ensure students remain on task and follow school expectations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A professional and adaptable approach.
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
