We are recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work across secondary schools in Sunderland, overseeing lessons in the absence of the class teacher.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise classes using pre-set work


  • Maintain behaviour and classroom routines


  • Support pupils to stay on task


  • Follow school policies and procedures


    • Skills & Experience


  • Experience working with young people is desirable


  • Confident classroom presence


  • Strong communication skills


  • Ability to manage behaviour effectively
